Common Questions, Straight Answers

Question

What kinds of pricing do you offer?

We offer fixed-price, hourly, and line-item options depending on the scope of the project. We also offer both free and paid assessments when the work requires a deeper understanding before quoting.

Question

Do you charge for onsite assessments?

Some assessments are free, especially for smaller jobs. For more complex or multi-scope work, we charge a $125 professional assessment fee, which includes a written scope of work and expert guidance.

Question

How quickly can you get here?

We often have availability within 1–2 business days, especially for common handyman tasks. For larger projects or assessments, we’ll work with your schedule to find the soonest opening.

Question

Do I need to be present during the work?

For most residential work, someone will need to be present to let us in and walk us through the project. After that, we’re comfortable working independently or coordinating as needed.

Question

What kind of clients do you serve?

We work with homeowners, renters, real estate professionals, and property managers. Whether it’s a small job or ongoing maintenance across multiple properties, we’re set up to handle it.

Question

What happens after I approve the quote?

Once you approve the quote, we’ll get you on the schedule and confirm all necessary details—access, materials, and timing. For most jobs, we’ll show up with everything we need to complete the work efficiently. You’ll receive a detailed invoice upon completion, and payment is due the same day. We offer multiple convenient payment options and keep communication clear every step of the way.
